Booking Process & Payment Terms
When you contact us - by phone, email, or the
quote me form, we will let you
know whether we can engage an instructor for your specific
requirements.
We usually confirm private bookings with a final price to include your
requirements in an email. Once
payment has been cleared we will put you in direct contact with
your instructor. This is restricted to private bookings only. If
you are making school group bookings, you may not be aware of the
instructors' names until your arrival.
You will be able to contact us at any reasonable hour during the
day GMT. We are based in the UK.
Although we only engage instructors who know your resort
well, they may not always be based in that resort. The more
notice you give us to find instructors the closer we can come to
giving you exactly what you want!
On confirming booking 30%
8 weeks before ski lesson 40%
4 weeks before ski lesson 30%
On confirming booking less than 8 weeks before 70%
then 4 weeks before 30%
On confirming booking less than 4 weeks before 100%
